license error

I still have a license error at home and at school so I can´t open Massive. I tried to uninstall and install it again but does not work. Which could be the reason for that???

It worked fine for me at home last night, but haven't tried it since. Are you running the SSL-VPM client? Is that connecting OK?

Sometimes lic servers register a license with a timeout, which means they won't release a checked out license back into the queue straight away. I can't remember if that's the case with mhost but I don't think so.

If you keep having problems, I'd suggest you mail or talk to the computer room staff as it's running on their server (queue moan and rolling eyes) - or ask Nick to talk to them.
